The Successful Conclusion of EIECT 2023

本次会议的大会主席为IEEE Member,中山大学罗志勇教授、IEEE Senior Member,中山大学李聪端副教授；程序委员会主席为IEEE Senior Member，香港城市大学宋林琦博士、IEEE Member，西安电子科技大学谢南副教授；组织委员会主席为IEEE Member，南开大学光炫教授、IEEE Member，电子科技大学周志恒副教授、IEEE Member，深圳大学刘凌博士；出版主席为IEEE Member，南京航空航天大学翟象平副教授。

This conference combined online and offline methods, focused on the academic trends and development trends in the fields of electronic information engineering and computer technology, and conducted research and discussion on current hot issues, aiming to provide a platform for sharing scientific research results and cutting-edge technologies, promoted academic exchanges and cooperation in the field of electronic information engineering and computer technology, and made positive contributions to promoting industry upgrading and innovation.

11月18日上午，大会主席来自中山大学的罗志勇教授致欢迎辞，代表大会主办方及组委会，对前来出席会议的各位专家和各位代表表示热烈的欢迎和最诚挚的问候，并对电子信息工程与计算机技术领域的发展寄予殷切期望。罗志勇教授指出，电子信息工程与计算机技术作为计算机科学的一个重要分支，正以前所未有的速度引领着我们生活和工作方式的转变，在这个变革的时代，我们需要共同努力,促进中国城市的技术创新和优质发展。

On the morning of Nov.18. Professor Zhiyong Luo, on behalf of the conference organizers and organizing committees, gave a welcome speech and extended sincere greetings to the attendees. He placed high expectations on the development of electronic information engineering and computer technology. Professor Luo pointed out that electronic information engineering and computer technology as an important branch of computer science is leading the transformation of the way we live and work at an unprecedented speed. In this era of change, we need to work together to promote technological innovation and high-quality development of Chinese cities.

On the afternoon of November 18th, 6 people including Junkai Yin from The 30th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, Lihua Fu from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Jian Zhou from Xi’an Jiaotong University gave oral presentations.
